
Rob is a physiotherapist who holds an Advanced Practice Provider position in the Rapid Access Clinic for Low Back Pain at LHSC in London and holds an adjunct teaching appointment in the School of Graduate Studies at Western University. Rob has spent his career opening access to health care for Canadians through the development of non-physician specialists. He helped create the first and only degree-granting Clinical Master's program for Physiotherapists in Orthopaedics at Western University in 2007 and helped create a National Clinical Specialists Program in 2012. He chaired the IFOMPT Conference in 2012 and has been an expert consultant for health care associations and regulatory bodies across North America. Rob has continued to help improve the ability of hundreds of non-physician health care professionals to take on Advanced Practice roles through the creation of Key Clinical Skills Inc., a continuing education provider for health care professionals across Canada and around the world, which has been providing education opportunites since 2016.

Jane is a retired Registered Nurse who worked in Public Health in Maternal and Child Health. She has a passion for youth and working with young mothers. She has taught secondary school parenting and health care in the past. Jane also volunteers with a program in her community that supports people who live in poverty. Access to health resources and supports and connecting people to their community is something that is very important to Jane. In her spare time, Jane enjoys going to concerts and visiting her children who live in Vancouver.

Alan is a highly skilled and successful Strategic Consultant with more than 20 years of progressive experience working at senior levels in both start-ups and multi-national organizations. Alan is the founder of The Strategic Consulting Group a consultancy and advisory firm that develops strategic business solutions for their clients. A sought after strategic thinker, business strategists, speaker and writer with more than 20 years of designing pragmatic strategies to overcome incomprehensible challenges on public and private sector projects. As a lead consultant on a broad range of international and military projects exceeding $1B, his work was to predict and forecast operational strategies and the tactics to support those strategies for 20 years into the future. Alan is a trusted advisor for The Bridge in Kanata Youth Centre, Board Member of Saint Patrick’s Home of Ottawa and other technology and not for profit organizations. Educated in Canada, the USA and Europe in Engineering, Business Management and Information Security Management, he also holds professional designations in Risk Management and Lean 6 Sigma.

Irene has held leadership roles in both the private and public sector, including healthcare, financial services, and management consulting. Irene is a CPA, CMA, CHRL with an undergrad in Gerontology from McMaster University and an MBA from Wilfred Laurier University. She is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and she volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Society of Hamilton and Halton.

With an entrepreneurial focus, Shawn completed an International Bachelor's of Business Administration at the Schulich School of Business. Following on from that he attended the University of Windsor where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2011. Following his call to the Bar Shawn worked in mainly commercial law, specialising in franchise contracts. Continuing to be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, Shawn has switched his focus to entrepreneurship, as the founder and President of Water Babies Canada, a swim school franchise system that focuses on holistic child development to give little ones the absolute best start in life. Shawn has spent his career steering and guiding businesses as a lawyer, executive and consultant, and has a passion for finding innovative and practical solutions to business issues. His focus is, and always has been, on building organisations that have the ability to improve the lives of everyone, from the GTA, to Ontario, to Canada and the world.
